    Butts just finished up. Had them wrapped in the oven at 250 since we had to leave for a few hours. Smells good so far. I’ll post a pic when after they rest and I pull them.

    Funny how sometimes healthier foods sneak into the picture... for some reason a few years ago I tried almond milk. Now I like it way more than regular milk, I have at least one big glass a day. I only use regular milk for cooking now.

    I had a cold beef hotdog for a quick lunch bite today.

    The amount of congealed, thick fat that quickly found its way impacted into my teeth and gums was indescribably disgusting. For sure, I’ll be doing bird dogs the next time we want hot dogs. Beef is gonna take me awhile.. :puke:

    My doc pulled me off all my meds, (BP and cholesterol) after a recent check up. By his records I’ve now dropped 140lbs in just over 14 months. I’ve went from a 50” waist to a 38” and actually am wearing certain 36”s.

    Look at some extra lean beef Oscar Mayer franks, less calories than turkey franks (only 60 calories per link) and quite tasty.
