Well had my first Trillium and holy shit this was delicious

Also built up a keeper for the tap in my kitchen. The compressor went out on the old fridge I was using. Just ordered a temp controller from Amazon so once that’s here it’ll be all set. Swapped the keg and lines over to the freezer and just running it on low for time being.

I bought one of these a while back and accidentally froze it in my truck fridge. Damn thing exploded. Anyway, I found it at my local bottle shop today. Very refreshing on a HOT-AS-FUCK day like today in LA!!!!

We plan on just hitting the Fort Point location to get some stuff to bring home with us. The one in Canton is a little out of the way so I do not know if we can swing that. They recently opened up Trillium Garden in the greenway where we plan on drinking some fresh Trillium.

A bit further than 3 hours I would think from Westfield unless you're really going quick on 91 haha. Lots of places to stop on the drive though for great beers. You can also hit Whetstone in Brattleboro, VT which has Heady Topper and Focal Banger available in cans. That would be ~45 minutes from you I would guess.

Just follow their Twitter page for updates of the line situation. It's usually manageable with the new brewery being opened.

Yeah it's a cool little spot. Right on the CT River off 91, 1st exit in VT. They are a microbrewery so they have 3-4 of their own brews but they have Focal/Heady which i was surprised to see as well as various other local brews. Cool little spot for sure.

Pretty good. A little more on the malty side but definitely crushable.

I used this more beer kit but sub'd the hops with centennial. One ounce at flame out and one ounce dry hop.

I like to brew two beers at once. Usually one of my personal all grain recipes and an extract kit of a style I don't usually brew.

If you make it to Brattleboro, then make sure you stop off at Hermit Thrush Brewery. They do nothing but sours!

F@&$ing love Sip of Sunshine. When I worked in Bridgeport, CT all the packys around had it since Two Roads is right in stratford

I tried a sour at Two Roads one time. I’m not sure entirely how I feel about them yet but I would definitely be willing to try them just to verify whether or not I do not like them
