Hey, new to the scene, forum etc. Been reading for about a couple months now, and couldn't find to much information on my specifics. I want to learn but there's a lot on here and not very clear, if someone knows of the threads specifically that would be awesome! (i've searched)

    2018 OR DCSB

    Summary:
    • Just bought 4runner pro rims, still need tires - was going to go K02 265/70/17 but since i'm considering on getting suspension now, i may just hold onto the rims and put the tires once i decide all together. Other choice was Toyo? Perhaps going 285/70/17?
    • Just bought a CVT Mt. Shasta Summt Extended, and just installed a KB Voodoo LB Mid Height Rack. I also installed Cali Raised Bed Stiffeners as well.
    • Daily Driver, putting anywhere from 2k-4k a month on the taco. MPG is not a huge concern but in the back of my mind since I drive this much. 90% will be highway/city driving other hopefully camping with the family.
    • Don't plan on rock crawling, but more overlanding hopefully once a month. Live in AZ and want to take advantage. I understand I need to off road a bit to get to the places I want to see.
From what i've read seems like everyone is happy with their Kings, but based on above should i still consider these?

Local shop priced out Icons because of my needs (5.5k parts, install, alignment) - custom build out, not necessarily one of their stages, but piecing front, rears, ucas together.

Just wanting to hear any experience from someone with similar criteria or any recommendations on suspensions and tires- pro's and con's etc.

Help a new guy out lol

    Thanks!
