    Just wanted to introduce myself since I recently signed up for TW. My name is Ian and I’m from Northern California (Bay Area). I had a 2003 tacoma TRD earlier this year then upgraded to a 2005 recently for the extra power and bigger body. I love these trucks and looking forward to learning more about them through this forum.

    Within the 2 weeks of owning the 2005, I’ve changed the chrome off-road grill to a color matched grill, replaced the oxidized headlights with new ones, leveled 2.5”/1” (I know it’s not the best choice!), removed the stick mud flaps, removed the stock step rails, plastidipped the stock wheels black, put on 265-75-16 tires, and have her a good detail.

    Up next, I plan to either paint the oxidized roof or get it vinyl wrapped in black and then add a light tint to the front windows. Any other suggestions are appreciated!
