    I recently bought a 2018 Tacoma OR Quicksand. I have never owned a Toyota in my life, so it's pretty refreshing to try something different. So far, I've racked up 1300mi on it and loving it.

    For mods, only thing I have done was replace headlight bulbs with HID kit, removed the mudflaps, upgrade interior lighting to LED, and added rain deflectors. In the future I want to lift it (King more than likely), wheels & tires, and a bed rack for RTT.

    I'll post a pic of the truck here in a few mins.

    hey man just wanted to throw this out there since we have identical trucks down to the last doorknob. My 4x4 has been getting stuck in 4HI. And won’t disengage at times. I only have about 7k miles. Here’s my thread. IMO I would recommend you thoroughly test your 4x4 4HI. just to make absolute sure you have no factory hiccups like I’m having.
    Awesome truck!! Other then my bad luck.

    Thanks for the heads up man. I'm sorry to hear about your truck. My wife had a 2016 4runner that did the same thing, so we took it in to the dealership. They couldn't figure out what the issue was for 3 months. Eventually we got them to take it under lemon law. Luckily my truck hasn't had any issues with these 4x4 yet, but you never can tell.
