Welder is back. Cost me 130.00 for someone to tell me it works fine and they can’t find anything wrong with it. So now if I get another notification then I need to take a pic of it to show them. Anyways back to work. Two more tubes to bend then it’s time to burn this thing together.

I can only laugh at it right now.

Should be under manufacture warranty right now. I didn’t purchase any extended one. Shit it’s a miller. Like seriously this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with a miller welder. I’m hoping it was just a fluke. Well see.

Came to work early to strip the cage. I was considering removing the windshield so I can weld the cage to cab plates on the windshield side and thought it’s to much work, just weld them on the inside (door side) whatever.... I guess now I don’t have to keep thinking about it. Time to call a windshield place and set something up. The hardest part of this is that Barb was watching work by the windshield and she said “ that’s real close to the windshield” and of course I said it will be fine. Now I have to tell her I need a new one. This is going to be good, not! Hahahaha anyways planning on downing the truck after I’m done painting and ready to weld everything together.

It’s that time. Truck is officially a garage queen. I cleaned up all the mess from building the cage. I’ll start stripping the truck tomorrow and start burning stuff in. I still have a lot of little things to make but I’m done driving the truck so I can stop wasting time and energy on putting things together and taking them apart.
