Radio Wire Diagram, IS31 Radio Input Install

I am sure this hase been covered but can someone provide a link to the 2007 OEM Radio wire diagram please? Everything I am pulling on google sucks.

In the 10-pin harness, your red wire goes to the thinner grey wire and your black wire goes to the thicker brown wire

 

Thanks! What about the Left & Right Audio Inputs? I was thinking I'd have to make up a harness out of some old audio jacks I have laying around...

I planned on using quick connects. Good or bad idea?

 

I have had good luck with the

$13 iSimple IS335 dash mountable auxiliary input adapter

Drill a small hole somewhere in the dash and pop it in. Boom. Factory looking aux input

 

I can't get sound...
I can hear music very faint and cannot get the gain to adjust up. I must have power and good ground becasue I can hear something even if its faint. Any ideas??
I deleted the power swith and have the system spliced into the harness as you directed above.

 

I don’t think you are supposed to get rid of the switch. That is what actually turns the device on and off and switches from the radio to the aux input. Without the switch, you’ll never have radio.

For volume, this might sound obvious, but make sure the volume on the source (phone?) is turned all the way up

 

I had a bad cable out of the box.
Up and running now!

 

You actually only loose the station you choose on the IS31, which in my area isn't a big deal.

And also glad it only takes over that channel! I’ve used the isimple Bluetooth version and it takes over the whole radio so I’m glad this version isn’t like that

 

Quick update...removing the switch DID create the issue you mentioned above. I guess the few stations that came in were a fluke. I installed the switch this afternoon...working like it should now.
