Sycle, im diggin these. Just looked them up. Also saw a carhrt matt for back seat that id wanna have too. W openings for seatbelts. Extra layer for sht in the back... Good stuff. Thx

 

Shear Comfort has a large selection of covers. A buddy of mine has the cordura waterproof covers that fit really well.

Clazzios. Dark gray with dark gray thread. Color is a match with original cloth seats.

 

Looked at a 2018 OR the other day with dealer installed Katzkin seats.

It was a $1600 option added to price.They looked sweet,seriously thinking of getting this when its time to buy

Looked much better than the factory Toyota leather

 

Clazzios. Great quality, hard to beat for the value. The optional headrest embroidery is a nice touch as well.

Just ordered the matching set for the back seats in my access cab. How was the install for those? Did you have to remove the panels to get the cover under them, or was it more like the front seat sides... just tuck and go?

I installed the Wet Okole Real Tree Max 5 last weekend, but only in the front. A fairly painless install. Just don't over tighten the side to side strap on the passenger seat, or your truck will always think you have a passenger.

 

The jump seats came with outdated install instructions from 05-08 2nd gens. The proper install is as follows:

NOTE: optional but recommended step is to unbolt jump seat bottoms to allow easier install of hooks for back panel cover.

1) Remove the top plastic child seat anchor cover.

2) Gently pry the back panels from the top to insert the two corners of the bib cover behind the panel.

3a)bring the bib cover and hook straps over the two child seat anchors. Install the outer most hook in the small gap between the back panel and the carpet flooring

3b) remove the plastic hinge cover (side closest to the seat belt buckles) for the bottom seat cushion and drill a hole towards the back and on the side adjacent to the seat. Insert hook in hole. Re-install bottom seat cushion and reinstall hinge cover with hook Inserted. These hook install locations (3a and 3b) allow seat cover panel to be nice and snug against the back panel.

4) reinstall top child seat anchor cover and tuck the center part under the plastic to hide the seams.

 

How hard is it to put the Clazzios on?

 

Not bad at all. I'd lay 'em out in the sun to get "loose" while fighting the headrests. You will have sore hands and fingers afterwards though.

 

I have had the Carhartt's for a year now and love them, though I do find myself eye-ing all the leather options. Time will tell.
