Hey fellas. I run 265/70r17 Falken Wildpeaks in the summer and 265/75r16 General Altimax Artics in the winter and need to upgrade my 245/75r16 spare tire size to match. Would a 265/75r16 Wildpeak be fine, being a 16" run with the rest being 17's. This assumes a summer time flat when I'd be on a road trip or offroad camping. The OD of these two sizes is both 31.7" but Falken's website states that the 17" does 668 revs/mile and the 17" does 671 revs/mile so there's a very slight difference in circumference. I think it'd be fine but just want make sure keeping the 16" is fine and I don't need to go search for a single OEM 17" wheel.

You will be fine. The diff accounts for differences in tire size, that amount of difference could just be from heavy tire wear/different brand tire, for spare purposes could be considered the same size. In larger differences like doughnuts there is accelerated wear to the differential which is why they say to limit the distance the spare is used.

Yes. Same size tire. Wheel size doesn't matter.
