Not sure if it’s been said yet. I got my bumper about 2 weeks ago and they must have been getting complaints or something because there is a hole for the A/C line now. I had 0 trouble with fit of the upper part and a small dent in the hoop but other than that no scratches and very pleased.

I didn’t have the winch in or the lower segment on yet in the photos above but after installing I ran into an issue. Can anyone see something obvious that I’m missing? Can’t seem to get the 2nd half of the bumper to line up with the frame/1st half properly and not sure why. I don’t think the winch has anything to do with it (no where near the lower portion) but said that in case it’s relevant somehow.

Mine doesn’t line up perfect either I had to fiddle with the lower half for a bit to get the holes lined up. An the sway bar mounting bolt I had to make the holes a little larger.

It took me forever to get that section on. Put a jack user it and get it as close as you can. I also used ratchet straps to pull it sideways.

Yup mine similar. Lower section always sucks to put on, but that looks WAY worse than any one I’ve seen.

Bumpers have seen some serious abuse. Also I have used the winch multiple times and have not had any issues. The stock mounting plate is gonna need to be beefed up soon though..

If you already haven’t installed the winch some good news you don’t have to remove the bumper. I installed mine this weekend didn’t have to remove it I took the grill off an the brace that runs in front of it off an bent the center support 90 degrees an it slid right in from the passenger side. Made the support straight an bolted brace back down.

I thought about it at first but to be honest I forgot it was there after a day. Not worth the trouble of sending it back personally and I don't think it looks as big in person. Harsh lighting in that photo. Winch takes some attention away from it now too.

If you seen how they pull body panels for collusion work.... it's pretty typical to do this method of pulling....

Anyone bought this version of their bumper yet?
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Tac...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649

Provided there's a large enough hole for the AC line, are there any other "have to do" mods for real off road use/abuse?
I can get access to a welder and steel and cutting instruments easy like. Just wondered how much beefing needs added to the winch mount location and if the frame tie in brackets should be used. Or any other extra gussets
