Phone call audio

So, when my wife calls and I take the call with the truck the call quality is doodoo. Sometimes hard to hear even with volume to the max. Is there where I need to do the Subaru tweeter upgrade? Anyone else have this issue?

 

I listen to audible often. The reason for the audio upgrade. The tweeters get you 90% there for voices. But if you really like to Jam, do the doors too.

 

There's the volume on the knob or steering wheel, there's also phone volume settings inside the phone options. I know my mic volume was too high and it was cracking, so we turned it down Might want to look in there to see.
