Nice Providence Gundam! I've been thinking of picking that one up. Already have a small but growing stash of both built and unbuilt kits - mainly MGs - but haven't gotten around to painting any yet. I did build/paint a 1/35 Bandai UC Hardgraph M61A5 tank which I posted earlier in this thread. That was a nice kit.

A couple crappy pics of my latest finished stuff:

Used to love to build hot rod and vintage planes with my brother back in the mid to late 70's. It was something that we did together and sure have alot of memories.
I had to go into hobby lobby a month or so ago and was quite taken back at the prices. Those $5.00 AMT and Revell models we used to buy as kids at S.S Kresge's are selling for $40-$80-$120 now.

"Badman" was one of my favs.

Thanks! I finished up the weathering last night. I’ve got a Barbados Lupus Rex I’m starting on tonight. Kinda thinking about a full color conversion.

I made a little progress over the weekend on the De Havilland Beaver. The decals that came with this vintage kit were yellow. This would not show up well on the plane's orange color so I had to make my own. The width of my text is not exact but it is close enough. I'm happy with the result.

Reference photos found of this plane and matching tail number and color scheme from an earlier post
The decals I made vs the kit. Height wise they are a match. I haven't applied the tail or fuselage markings yet. I hope to get those on this week as well as finishing the paint on the floats.

Hey Guys, I have a pretty impressive stash of models, mostly armor but some aircraft and even a couple of ships, that I'll never build. I have Tamiya, Dragon, Italeri and even a few Minicraft that I'm selling.

Some nice builds here! I just found an old Robotech Destroid Spartan I built many years ago. I also have a couple Aoshima Toyota trucks and some Gundam kits I've had for years that I haven't had a chance to build yet. Hope to make some time soon!

I actually found a color pic of the De Havilland Beaver I'm building.

Pictured on Lake Tholocco. Glad I got the color right. I will add photo's of my progress in a few. I have a few odds and ends to finish up. Then I'll weather it. I'm also contemplating a small diorama of it sitting on the lake shore. I've never done water before so I'll need to get some practice in. Tips are appreciated :)

Awesome models guys, I used to build as a kid something fierce. I'll see if I have any left. Mainly muscle cars, Planes, and Aircraft Carriers. I love to detail the small planes.

Few more finishing touches and I'll get some outdoor final photo's. I need to add the mooring lines on the rear pontoon struts and work on the weathering of the pontoons themselves and I think she'll be finished.

My grandfathers Beaver that he completed on the right, and mine on the left. Of course he did not have the technology to find the correct color scheme like I did. Pretty happy with the result. Would have been nice to have met him and been able to discuss models and planes but I know things happen for a reason. He spent countless hours on these models and it makes me happy to have them in my possession. I'd like to recreate more in the future!
