I'm very happy with it. Adjusting the beam pattern inside the truck is the biggest benefit.

I have 35" STT Pros, so I really can't tell if it's noisy or not. After installing it I couldn't tell a difference...?

    IMG_3072.jpg

I didn't get the low profile mounts. I made a angle bracket for each side of the Prinsu for it to rest on.

    IMG_3435.jpg

Biggest drawback to the bar would have to be its weight. It's really heavy. Lots of wiring, plus it draws more current than a traditional bar...

Did you have to do anything to compensate for the extra power drain?

Could I ask where you got the angle brackets?

Also are there multiple wiring harness... I was under the impression that it’s just one harness from the light bar.

Me and a friend made them. Angle iron tapped with 4 threaded holes, powder coated black.

There are only three wires coming from the bar itself. Heavy gauge power and ground, plus a control wire. They run into a relay harness. Coming out of that there are wires for the control module and the switch panel that you put in the interior.

It's more than a normal light bar, and the wire is so thick it's hard to sneak into tight areas compared to other wiring I've done. Even compared to car stereo stuff.

I’m mainly concerned about the wire coming from the bar.... coz I’m hoping not to have to drill holes on my roof. How thing would you say all the wires from the light bar? I have a 3rd gen and the windshield trim has about a quarter inch gap where I can use to hide a wire.

I can't remember what gauge. I want to say 8. I'm guessing my 06 has the same window trim channel, so you should be good. Mine required a little silicone and a soft hammer to get it in there... No drilling.

Would the low profile mounts work with Prinsu Cabrack?

There isn't anywhere for them to attach. I didn't see any reason to invest in them.

So unless I make a custom mount, there is no way to mount these?
Cause Rigid Adapts with the Prinsu looks slick af.

There isn't a way to mount them that I am aware of. But, the mounts I made are very easy to replicate.
