Far North By Design orders

Hello everyone,

I was just able to get back into my TW account. As most of you guys know I have been a part of this community for a long time. My first car was a 95 Hilux. Then an extensively modified 05 Tacoma. Now I have a 2014 T4R and a 70s FJ buggy project on Dana 60s. I apologize for not being available to finish orders recently. Far North has always been an incredible passion of mine. Seeing ideas go from imagination and being able to transform them into something tangible is something phenomenal. I had my brother working with me for the past couple years, last year he tried to steal my contacts and designs, I was able to recover the Far North domain but he took copies of all of my designs and control of the store and now operates at teqdecals. He has never owned a Toyota in his life. Unfortunately Far North isn't my day job and that day job had kept me so busy and burnt out since I took it on last year. I had enlisted help of a local guy Carlos to help me out last year to bridge the gaps but he dropped off a this summer and became unreliable and I have been backed up on orders. I blocked out a lot of time recently and enlisted more help from a graphic designer and have filled the majority of orders, regardless of whether I have refunded them or not. Because that's not how I operate. I have included notes in all order explaining what I have just written and am still offering refunds on received orders or any status of orders for that matter.

Moving forward I am pulling back enough from my day job to supervise and design what custom orders I am able to. Most of you know our quality is top notch. Any local guy in NM or AK can account for my dedication to our community and my quality of work. Or my willingness to help lend a wrench or support for any project they have.

I apologize for coming up short on the expectations I have come live by and moving forward I will ensure I deliver the product and service I have been known to provide.

As I wrote in the post. I am offering refunds and still filling orders. Is there something further you are looking for?

 

Just to be clear, you want members refunded regardless and orders filled? I have no problem with that.

I do not have a way to differentiate which orders are from members and which ones are not unless I have a list of order numbers.

@Ghost. I have no skin in this, but +1 for you being a stand up person. You're doing more than most would, and that's commendable.

 

I have refunded any orders that have asked already.

 

Ghost- I ordered decals from you before I saw this post back in march. I've paid and emailed, called and sent you pm on here. I'd either like my product or a refund. I don't want to call you at work at Key bank, but I will if that's what it takes to get a hold of you. If anyone has contact with him, please let him know I've been trying to reach him for some time now. (4 months).
