Front bumper creaks to touch?

So I was polishing the front bumper after spraying with bug remover and I felt and heard plasticy creaks. The more pressure I apply the more it creaks. This is to either side of where the license plate is mounted.

Normal? I know the front bumper is held in by tabs/clips but it caught me off-guard when it made noises as I rubbed a cloth on it.

Mine does this as well...was jumping up and down in my bed tracking down suspension squeaks and the front bumper squeaks as well when you do that, ha. Think its normal, sadly.
