My regular guy reccomended the guy i saw today.

Im having my regular guy do the big pieces. My right arm and later my chest and left leg. He is also going to turn the piece on my left arm into a sleeve.

2 artists have put pieces on my right leg now, its gonna be all sorts of random stuff eventually.

IMG_9589.jpg I've gotten about 80sq/inches of tats laser removed. Sucked ass way more than getting them and 1 included a full elbow tat. I got a tat on my right elbow, got it removed then got the state of Texas tattooed in the same spot the old one was.

Wow. That’s crazy. I can’t imagine. You have any before pics of the work you had removed? Where was the majority of the tattoos? Or were they here and there?

It was 2 large tats. No before pics. The one where Texas is now took up about 3 times as much as it does. You can see just a little of the removed ink above the right side of the Texas. I got them removed 13 years ago & that Texas about 8 months ago.

I’m an established “hat wearer”. So I had to improvise. Decided the back of the neck was the next best thing.

My foot was the least painful. Outside edges and near toes was a bit rough but overall not bad. It'd be cooler if it wasn't a straight edge tattoo...but it makes for fun conversation while I'm drinking beer. :burp:

I'd say most painful is anything on or near inner bicep. :bananadead:

Perfect example of how everyone’s different. My inner biceps weren’t bad for me at all. I mean they all suck to some degree or another but the foot for me was just stupid. Biceps not even close. A friend of mine had both of his inner biceps done line and shade in one session and hasn’t gone back for anymore work sense. Scarred him for life I guess haha.
Foot was bad but it still didn’t make my “top 3”

When I was getting my left arm done there was a girl getting her first ever tattoo and it was on her rib cage. Poor thing couldn't finish it. Haha. Not sure if she ever went back. The inner bicep is tolerable I guess but the healing for me sucked. Have a stupid one on my inner right bicep that scabbed like crazy. Guy doing it had a heavy hand though. Been going to a different guy since and he does great. Always thanks me for allowing him to tattoo me which I thought was cool.

Haven't gotten anything new in at least 5+ years though. Can try and share some photos later. Hard to photograph my arm by myself.

Ribs probably isnt the best place to start your tattoo journey. Haha. That’s for sure. The “ditch” of the arm is another spot that will inevitably cause you problems during the healing process. Just can’t avoid rubbing or bending in some spots. The ditch and elbow are pretty annoying while they heal.

Agreed. Not the best first choice. Lol.

Haven’t done the ditch yet but my brother has and he can confirm it does indeed suck. Have one I’d like to cover up on my forearm right near that spot. Will avoid it if I can. :p
