Appearantly it’s only the rears that use the spacer I looked on that website 4x whatever it is that you bought it from and that’s where it is mentioned. I got the spacers made up today while at work, now I gotta find M10-1.25 x 50mm and it’s all good. Unfortunately, we only carry standard sized threads at work. :( Oh well, it’ll be done today and I shall update with pics after I get out of work!! Can’t wait to try it out!

    Some really cool shit
Finished (for now) with color matched (sorta matched) grill surround. Came out pretty dark. Not completely satisfied. But, with the bumper tubes in the way it distracts the eye somewhat. Looks good when the light is just so.

Nice! You going to paint them black so they blend in a bit?

Since I’ve got a super white, it kinda goes with the theme. Wasn’t planning on it.

What all is involved with the dremeling? Is it cutting to fit the handles or cutting to fit over the stuff underneath?

Ah gotcha! Well let me know what you think when you get them on. I was pleasantly surprised at how much different an inch can make.

Installed brand new Rigid D-Series pro pods onto Cali Raised ditch light brackets today. The Cali Raised ditch light brackets went on with ease. However, after installing the brackets provided by Rigid that connect to the actual pods, the M6 allen socket head and nyloc nut won't thread and the housing of the pods won't hold the nut in place, so it just keeps spinning freely. Looks like bad QA on Rigid's part, but they're outside of business hours so no one to talk about it...

I can post the video I plan on sending to Rigid if anyone cares to see. I got one of them tight on the driver side so that pod KIND stays in the place (can still move push the pod down or aim it up by hand...), but I'm giving up on the passenger side as it's still super loose. Note: I disassembled twice and reassigned making sure everything was in place correctly, had my brother try, and our mechanic try. No luck.

Pods look great and overall the install was a breeze.

Here's what I'm referring to. You can turn this as much as you want and the nyloc nut spins freely with it... super infuriating spending money on expensive pods to deal with this

Have not made a final home for the switch, but running the switch wires through the firewall was a paaaaaaiiiinn!

Pods installed... although the second I hit a bump both pods will be facing down because of the aforementioned issue with the bracket hardware :boom:

That's how mine came out too. I did mine & it was too dark. A buddy of mine said use a yellow based primer to help brighten the color. You might just need to check your primer color.
