    Lawyer up anyway. I’m still fighting my accident stuff with a uninsured drunk driver from last March (with a lawyer) that caused me to buy my Tacoma in the first place. They’ll get 1/3 of your settlement or 40% if you actually go to court, but you won’t even come close to getting a decent settlement without one.
