I would rather dry camp but the A/C has been nice with daytime highs near 90F
The camper is 2900# dry weight with 800# cargo capacity, we had 400-500# in the camper another 250-300# cargo in the Taco. Tanks are 30 gal. each. We topped the speed at 62-65MPH and got 12.5MPG on the way here.

If this f’n thing were real, I’d get one, dress it in a uniform, and sit it at one of the desks in our office that’s empty at night.

There are, unfortunately more than, a couple snowflake airmen and NCOs running around sounding just like it. :(

We had a Aliner (Chalet) for 7-8 years and really liked it.

Burn ban was lifted a week ago tomorrow. We had flooding rains. Nothing since. I expect the ban back on this week. Can’t tell we got rain with as dry as it’s been.

    Morning friends.

I think I got *most* of the yellow jackets last night. They launched a few 'birds' but not hits. I'll give it a few days as I'm sure the ones that got out are on recon waiting for me...

On a personal note, things aren't going to well in the house. Don't know if it's just me on edge or what but it's not good. I must be going through the 'change'!

:frusty: Nap ain't coming to me. Oh well, can't fight it. but mind won't quit it's random thoughting ... is that a word, close enough. o_O
It happens RocketMan ... deep breaths and walk away if you can't stay calm.

Kristi and I are still finding our new "norm" after the disruption of everything last Summer with the oldest son's divorce and situation with the grandkids and child services. Summer started very rocky...I'll confess now because I think it might help others knowing it ain't just them. ... my knee tweak/swelling/pain wasn't the only reason I didn't go to Iowa with Kristi end of May. We had a disagreement ... errr, she disagreed ... I, on the other hand, got pissed off and decided "I didn't want to go anywhere with her." Childish? yes ... Ashamed? yes, I am ... are we over it and doing fine just a short 6 weeks later? yes, indeed we are. :)

Those that say they never fight or get on each others nerves, are one of three deals:
    1) Damn lucky and beating all the odds ... buy powerball lottery tickets immediately.
    2) Lying
    3) Somebody or both are holding in a lot of emotion and feelings building to "thermonuclear meltdown"

My 2 cents FWIW ... stay strong, calm, and persevere. If you're anything like me, which I suspect you might be, you have much too much invested to lose it now. :fistbump:

    exactly :)

Yep, fast setup maybe 3 min lol. Easy and economical to pull. Leaked pretty badly when they get old. Also the design tends to push them apart as they age, the main reason we went with a new travel trailer this time.

    Good Sunday morning. :pccoffee:

Storms rolling in today wanted to grill, but need to make a run to Costco for protein. Might end up trying one of their food court pizzas now...

I have the 6 person Alaskan Guide as a backup to the Big Horn. About 15 years ago went to Cabelas in Owatonna with my youngest son and the sky turned green and tornado sirens were going off as we got closer. You could see the tornado coming at the store, was kind of mesmerizing the amount of power they have. Parked the truck and they had people at the front of the store guiding everyone to the back of the store to the bargain cave where there were no windows or skylights. It grazed by the North side of the store where they had all the tents setup on display. After it was over went back outside and the only 2 tents left and still standing were the Big Horn and the Alaskan Guide. The other tents were gone, as in no where to be found. I bought both the Big Horn and Guide it was good enough of a test for me LOL. Only tornado I have ever seen and don't care to ever be near another one.
