reading through this entire thread. Preparing for install in a few weeks! I have two helpers who have done this before. For my 2006 dclb prerunner sport im going 885/5100 with a single 1.5 AAL. Stock uca. Any suggestions? Also considered the 884 to ensure a comfortable lift. Thanks to the OP for the write up!

I just want to say thanks @bjmoose.
I've been trying to decide between 884 or 885's for my regular cab. I'm just going to go with 884's in order to avoid the headache of having to get LR uca's because honestly, I don't know of a shop around me that would be able to align it correctly. My plan is to pair them with 5100's and install wheeler's 3 leaf pack in the read with my TSB leafs.

Good luck. I just did this install on my 2008 4x4 DCLB. This thread helped me out a lot. Thanks @bjmoose. I'm loving the lift. Just need my wheels and tires now.

Thanks for the great write-up. Dakar Add-a-Leafs going in next weekend. Gonna flip the U-bolts too (since I'm in there anyway).

Just a headz up.... I read the posts about grinding out the lower bracket. Wheelers instructions suck for simple folk like me, but eventually I figured it out, lol. No need 2 open the whole, one clip goes on 1 side and factory clip goes on opposite(same side as removed), its a tight fit and takes some wigglin' but it does work!!
