Any of you know a good plumber? I've got a hot water line under the foundation going towards my kitchen that has a leak. I w as s walking around the kitchen this morning and a couple of the tiles are warm compared to the others. I shut off everything and checked the water meter and sure enough it's still running. So I'll need to jack hammer through the slab and repair the pipe. The problem is I can't pinpoint where the leak is. The warm tiles are away from my sink toward the end of the house where it doesn't make sense a water line should be. So if anyone knows a way to get an idea of where the leak is please let me know.

It was a beautiful morning for riding. had a few sprinkles near Carefree. Did have a few things that needed adjusting on the bike, but I think it is all dialed in now.

Now, to order oil and filters for 3 bikes, oh, and brake fluid, need to flush them. That will be all my "extra" money for the month.

Smokin' again today. Pork butt two ways, yet both still pulled. One on the Weber smoker at 250-275 and the other is going dutch at 300nUOGntc6S12zNuwUgmocgA.jpg . Sine doing a dutch over for hours on end, I'm doing it inside the Weber gas grill.

I can't upload the smoker pics. Standby

I'm looking for the business card of the pipe detection company. they put ground on the pipe and can determine where the leak is exactly. they worked with my plumber to fix it. Ended up bypassing it and running flexible tubing into the attic instead tearing out the foundation, now i have shit water pressure for hotwater.. just awful, but that was because i had a bad plumber not the detection guy

Thanks again! It sounds like this is what's going to happen for me as well. I have a post tension slab and they say re routing it would be much cheaper.

Thought I had a leak under the foundation but luckily did not. They come in with some scanners and check thoroughly. Was not cheap at $225 but they should be able to find where the leak is coming from.
Have used Apple plumbing and Lawson plumbing in the past if I can't do the work. Both are decent and Lawson seems to be cheaper and easier to make an appointment.
Sorry to hear about the issues!

They couldn't get out to my outside wall so they cut sheetrock and ran the flexible tubing, i have to leave a little drip when it freezes because of exposed pipe to the attic. So ask about freeze issues and water pressure. Good Luck

Well so the cam sleeve is seized in the lca. Cant get it out. May try a torch and if that doesn't work then it's getting cut out and I need to buy a entire bolt kit to get just the sleeve. And I just caught my thumb in between the lca and frame smashing the shot out of my thumb. Its bruising from my knuckle all the way to the finger tip. Luckily it's not broken. Feels like it tho
