Black rims, bug deflector on the hood to match the rain guards, tint the windows, and upgrade the sound system!

    Welcome, by the way!

    Welcome Justus!!! Nice truck.

Ditch the steps and mud flaps
    Change the wheels
    Lift based on budget

What do you plan on doing with the truck? Offroading? Camping? Mall Crawling?

Kinda, but nicer in my opinion.
His came with the color matching items as well as the fancy side mirrors and hood scoop.

Get some beefier tires if you can afford to. Also, the hood bug deflector thing looks hideous...

That was my idea also first mod is to figure out what you want to do with the truck and that will dictate what's next. If it's a street truck then go ahead with the lift, wheels, and tires. If you want to off road it start with armor.

Keep the mudflaps, add BFGoodrich tires, add some Bilstein 5100, OEM Roof Rack, and you should be good to go!

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Nice truck and welcome. A lot is all going to depend on what your budget is and the look you want. Me personally, from the pics you tailgate is way too busy with information. Cheap easy first mod.
