    I’m surprised to hear that people have issues with their Springfield’s and certain ammo. Mine eats anything and begs for more. No one I know personally has had an issue either :notsure:

    @VangaSTL apparently there's a new 3.6" of the M&P 2.0 available:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6kKhau-69o

    In all transparency I never had an issue with my XD-M 4.5" in .40 either. But I've heard a lot of issues with XD models in particular. Never seen them personally as I don't have an XD.

    With the pinky extension, it works for me. I prefer my G19 and G23....

    But harder to hide for edc.

    Mine is 9mm, but my father has a .45. No problems with either. They are XD and XD-M. No experience with the XD-S

    I have an M&P .40 (I guess it's not the 2.0, i've had it a few years) and I find the trigger to feel cheap and mushy, but I still shoot well enough with it :cheers:. But that's why there are a lot of guns on the market - everyone finds what they like. It's definitely a good shooting gun and I'd feel fine carrying it if it wasn't so huge. The ergonomics are very different between them, but personally I find it easy to adapt to whatever gun i'm shooting.

    The aftermarket for gun parts these days is fantastic, and it seems like you can get any gun to work well for you with the right parts.

    I totally get that the 26 is small for a lot of people. I have normal sized hands and can get a solid grip on it but my pinky is off the bottom. I really like the size of the 19 but I shoot just as well with the 26, and we can only have 10 rounds in the gun here in CT, so any bigger is kind of a waste for me.

    On another note, I have no idea how people hit the slide release with their right hand on the Sig P226. Maybe i'm defective, but there is no way it works for me.

    Couldn't make it to the range this weekend, but impressed with the optics and have played with ranging at various distances in the neighborhood, comparing to my Leupold range finder... On par with that unit. More to be revealed

    Went ahead and purchased the Sig P365 to try out. Put 100 rounds through it today. Has a bit more kick than I thought it would. Definitely gonna have to get the extended magazine. My pinky just barely grips the 10 round magazine

    My other Ruger Mark pistol is a II, so I've no idea about the III... But this is super simple to take down, also mag release is not the European style on my MK II

    Ruger is dead to me. Long story about a Ranch Rifle that i sent back TWICE on my own dime. 6 inch groups at 100yds, was the best it did. No more Ruger for me. Fuck their CS.
