I ordered CBI rock sliders from rogue off road. Got them in a few days ago. They just came with a random bunch of nuts, bolts, washers. I swear there are four different types of washers and three different types of bolts. I emailed both companies to try and get some sort of diagram or instructions and have gotten no reply. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I know I could jack the thing up there and try and figure it out, but where my truck will be resting on this potentially, I would rather know I have it right.

The different length bolts are for wider parts of the frame. When I got to the end I realized I needed one more long bolt, which I incorrectly utilized in a different location. The bolts only use one type of washer, likely the most of a given type. The others are likely used as spacers for hard lines that are attached to the frame. Save those and use accordingly.

The install on my first gen was rather straight forward just go slow and start with the drivers side. If yours is like my first gen there is a harness and a few more things that will dictate placement. Then do the passenger to match the drivers placement. Get inder there and look around and do the most difficult side first. Reach on top of the frame and check for wiring.

@TacoME4x4 did you get your stuff installed? If not let me know, I can send some pictures of mine bolted up. Might help with figuring it out.

Hey @justyr1 - I'm picking up my CBI sliders on the 24th and installing myself. I'd be interested in those pictures if the offer still stands. :D

Waiting on a powder coat job myself at the moment. I’ll snap some pictures when they’re done and installed.

Not at all tryin' to steal Justyr1's thunder, but here's some photos of my CBI install from the other weekend. Hope this helps.

Oh, and removal of the gas tank skid plate before hand will make the bolt install of the back end of the driver's side slider easier.

The square washers they call Strut washers I believe are supposed to go on the I side of the sliders next to the frame. I could be wrong but I don’t think your supposed to see those square washers. Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah they should go inside the frame for reinforcement since the holes are big.

How did you do the front lower ones? Did you take off the cross bar to access that hole? My hands were just barely small enough to do the top front lol!

Maybe you have large hands? Or, maybe I have tiny hands? Lol, I hope it's not the latter... No cross bar removal. Just a little patience : )
