I did all this what u have done with new caliper pins and mine eventually came back to clack again, have gotten used to the clack cause it does no harm to the braking system just a very slight annoyance

Glassworks fenders and bedsides. Home fabbed bed cage. King 2.5x16 bypass shocks in the rear. DMZ long travel rear end. Race radio (2meter). Removed secondary carbon air filter. Exhaust dumped before the axle / no muffler. Phram fresh air cabin filter. K&N replacement filter, After market stereo, Grillcraft grill, custom fabled roof rack with 7" HID's, PRP race seats.
Sometimes the pad is not worn out. It’s just shifting forward and back. It’s really more of a design flaw.

When you torqued the UCA bolts/nuts was the truck sitting on the ground or still up on jacks with the suspension unloaded?

I've torqued the UCA's loaded & unloaded, completely rebuilt the UNI-BALL,lubed everything,I'm thinking it's the stock LCA's,I've got a 6" pro-comp lift, that drops everything, arms, frnt.Dif, frnt.& rear crossmembers etc...I've checked all the bolts &bushings that goes with all that, still nothing obvious.Do you know who makes a LCA with zerk fittings (greaseable)that is reasonably priced?

I had this problem as well, and it ended up being the LCA Cam Bolts (alignment adjustment bolts) were loosening and popping back and forth when the suspension had a change in direction of movement or load. It would pop if I braked hard, if I changed direction of travel, turned sharply at low speed, or if I hit a decent sized bump. The sound went away after I got an alignment and double checked that they were torqued correctly at the dealership.
