    Thanks.
I already wired up my light bar, bed lights & a couple other things to the battery when I was hurrying to get it ready for a trip to Big Bend NP. I'm going to re-wire all that to this panel & wire in my fridge.

Did you kame that fridge slide or buy it? I need to revamp my Dometic slide I fabbed. It's made of 1/4" angle iron (all I had @ the time) & is heavy as shit!

I bought it. It’s the dometic fridge slide that pairs with the fridge. So far it works great! Nice and smooth.

Updated the build log with a bit more detail, but the mechanic finished up with all those parts. Here's the before and after on the Passenger side:

Took off my cap and put my Falken Wildpeaks back on. After that I hit up the self service car wash.
Finally, went for a drive to the lake and went swimming. Feels like a whole new truck.

I bought a standard hood for my TRD Sport and had it color matched (no offense to Sport owners but I never liked the skoop).
When they painted the hood I had them fill the license plate holes on the bumper and re-paint it too - I think the bumper looks really clean cuz it doesn't have the factory dimples.
I bought a Bozzmount for my license plate but I've been enjoying how clean it looks w/o the plate..

    My email to EZ-Down

Yes, I do have a question

The EZ-Down seems to interfere with the factory cable that supports the tailgate. When I try to close the tailgate the EZ-Down and the Cable are in each other’s way. I have to manually tuck the cable to the outboard side of the EZ-Down.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    -Tim XXXX

    Their response:

No, you are not doing anything wrong.

The tailgate cable will at first require a little guidance to tuck into the rounded direction that it needs to go so that it stays away from the EZ-down itself. After you have installed the EZ-down, close the tailgate slowly to make sure that the cable is bending towards the body of the truck in a rounded direction away from the EZ-Down and tailgate. You will most likely need to guide it and should do this a few times.

Another way to set this a little faster is to tweak the cable, simply meaning that you manually pinch it by hand at the bend point so that it remembers the final position.

This helps create a memory into the cable so that it eventually goes into the direction on its own.

    Thank You,
    Toni

Hopefully the only thing under the truck to see them will be an occasional squirrel. You raise an interesting point, though. I noticed that Toyota leaves stickers all over the place on their parts - oil and frame they replaced are covered with them.

I did soemthing similar. Used a piece of bent stainless I had kicking around the house and place a SwitchPro and 2 bus bars to organize the trucks extra goodies.

I dont know about the compressor on your setup. Thats a lot of weight that needs to be tied down. I modified a Slee 2014 dual compressor mount and it worked well on my 08. I just need to offset one bracket on the firewall but I probably could have used a rivnut too. That mount has 4 or 5 bolts holding it to the engine compartment.
