    Haha no thanks, hear too many complaints about the 3rd gen and not a fan of the styling. I’ll keep my 2nd gen. But I love adding products that are innovative such as the DMM.

    What phone and tablet mounts are everyone using? I know about the Hondo Garage options, but I'd really like to find something a little bit more reasonably priced if possible.

    I have a combination of Pro Clip and RAM. Both expensive though. To save money, your best bet is to find a mount that has the AMPS mounting pattern then getting a RAM ball that supports it. That's what I did for my phone.

    Received DDM Mount w/extra mounting hardware yesterday. Install was a breeze, it was a tight squeeze but I didn’t have to shave any brackets down to fit the nut.

    Also received mine yesterday, its going to be great after install. :)

    EDIT:

    Install was pretty easy, only two issues. The bushing for the ram ball looked like it was slightly too long and had the screw tighten to it instead of the ball, had to grind it down a slight bit. and man the flat head screws were horribly eager to cross thread, was a good bit frustrating. Otherwise it is damn nice mod and i am happy with it.

    Just need to find my lost ram grip now.:rofl:

    I had the same problem with the ball spinning freely after tightening the bolt down. Ended up having to put a star washer between the dashboard and ball mount.
