I'm planning on buying headlights for my 2003 Tacoma and came across the xtune headlights and I thought they looked nice but was wondering if the purchase would be worth it. Is anyone running these headlights and if so are they worth it?

Welcome to the forum! Typically any radically different off the shelf aftermarket headlight is going to perform poorly compared to stock. "Worth it" is very relative, to me I care about maximum functionality, so I would say no. Others care less about functionality and more about 'styling' so they might say yes.
