That has to be captured for posterity. I mean, if it was $66,900 maybe. But I don't think there are enough animals on it to justify the full $67K.

 

The leopard on the hood makes it worth the extra 25 grand! Do ya think?

Wow....Did they cover an engine light with tape? Or is that a seatbelt light? If it's a seatbelt light it seems like putting the seatbelt on would be easier than getting tape...

 

I picked up an extra buckle for like $7 that I put in the passenger seat so the dog doesn't set the seatbelt alarm off. Use it on the driver side when I have to get in and out a bunch.

This seems like a bad idea Ben. Even at slow speeds you can be ejected from the truck if you don't have the belt on.

I am sure glad that Zane and Monte and Jessica had their belts on during their rollover experiences.

I assume he’s talking about Lower Naches, the only real technical part of that trail.

I haven't been on it this year yet. Have you?

In the past it has never been open before July 15. But I read somewhere that it was open early this year. That may have been about access from the east end tho and IIRC, the east end has always been open earlier that the west end.

Also, my friend Mark's dad (a jeeper) told him the trail was very torn up this year. I heard this in June. When I did it the last time (its the time Monte was referring to) the center section was very easy.

 

Any chance you still have any of those pics of my truck teetering off the edge of that bridge on Naches?

I was in that area last weekend, but didn't go through Naches. The east end (from FS 684 to NF 1913) is open year-round. I bet Lower Naches is pretty torn up, there are some pretty built rigs that go through there, and there are more and more every year.
