Thanks man, I've given it a bunch of thought. My level was 242. Despite hammering in the gym I was barely or not at all out lifting the wife (Its not that bad sounding, she is an extraordinarily strong woman lol). Started the test, eased into it and now I am easily out lifting her. It feels good to feel strong again. I am not as lean or buff as the pretty boy in the above posts, but damn I like it when she grabs my arms or chest and says goddamn.

 

You finally lift 400lbs and all of sudden think you are Thor...

I think it might be time for an upgrade

 

Broke my pr twice this morning. Weighed in at 179 and pulled 405 on dead’s. Then pulled 425 a few minutes later.

I’m not bragging I’m just sharing an accomplishment. I know a few of you will think other wise.

 

Yeah I can tell when my thyroid takes a shit when I struggle with moving a bar around the gym. Lol

Just out of curiosity what are your wifes numbers?

I’ve been around some ladies that can bench 225 with ease.

 

2nd week of reverse dieting, writing my own diet. So far so good, maintaining about 200 pounds. Reduced cardio 40min HIIT fasted from 6x a week to 4x a week. Might reduce it more if I don't gain this week.

Glad to add steak and potatoes back in my meal plan, fuck white fish after 12 weeks I am done with that for a bit lol.

Maybe your wife sabotaged your arm while you were sleeping to get you to stop?

I wish I knew. She nagged me for years about my diet and other habits..which she was totally right about, I drank 3 big bottles of soda a day and ate junk food constantly. Oddly though it's almost as though she's either jealous that I lost the weight or just insecure, IDK. She is a lot older than me so maybe that's it.

I'll never have that problem. In theory anything is possible, but my age is against me for one thing.

What are thr chains for?
Is it the same philosophy as the bands?

 

Yep. Try to rig it up so that a lot of the chain in on the ground at the bottom of the movement but a lot of the chain is in the air at the top. So it’s heavy at the top but lighter at the bottom.

 

I picked up some Syntha 6 protein the other day... They now have a few different cold stone creamery flavors: Mint chocolate chip, german chocolate, and birthday cake... DUDE THAT SHIT IS SO FUCKING GOOD. Literally never had better tasting protein ever. And I've tried a fuck ton of protons. I HIGHLY recommend you guys trying it out if you like those style flavors, they are great!
