No clue, maybe you disconnected something else. The switch is cheap and easy to replace. It’s a simple ball switch. Sometimes you can remove it and make sure it’s not stuck.upload_2018-7-20_22-59-34.jpg

Sometimes the switches just go out too. I've had three of them go out on my Land Cruiser, they're bathed in oil so eventually something breaks down.

Special thank you to @foxrcing07 and @CalTacoma09 for staying with it, at my house, wrenching on my truck with me till after midnight.

I can not say thank you to all 3 of you enough.

I actually got it for free from my bros old 4runner. Was going to buy one on eBay but he’s parting out his truck and said I could have it.

Same here. I really like the black finish of the 4Runner console so I went ahead and used a shifter console from a 1996 4Runner when I did my 4WD conversion.

This isn’t the best picture, but it’s all I could find. Please excuse the taco crumbs on my floormats.

Since my welders is still in the shop I figure not to waist any time waiting on it. So I will be doing a lot of cleaning and work on the issue of my slow windows.

But I got my fatmat in and wanting advice on the best way to put it on the doors. Do I pull the plastic and put it inside the doors or do I leave the plastic and lay it over that? Never done this before ever and just need some input.

Pull the plastic and put a layer on the exterior skin of the door, then put a layer on the inside of the plastic door panel as well.

I like where you’ve got your ScanGauge mounted. Can you read the display while driving down there?

window rain guards? I looked those up a bit ago for around that price. If you’re talking the extruded rubber for between the door & cab I seem to recall getting that by the foot for much less on my ‘95.
