Can I use Toyota factory 5 lug 15x6J rims on '95 base 2wd that came with 14" alloys?

I've got a 1995 Tacoma base, standard cab that has the tiny 14" alloy five spoke factory wheels. I have a pair of very unused Michelin 215/70R14 Harmony tires on front and some crappy ones on the rear. I came across a neighbor who threw out 4 Toyota factory steel wheels (T 15X6J DOT CMD10 09SW22), 5 lug that I think will fit. The only reason I'm thinking about those steelies is that I can't find many Michelins in 14" and Michelins are really something I want to ride on. Today, I see a sale on Michelin Defender LTX M/S 215/75R15 100T SL OWL tires at Discount Tire and I'd like to pull the trigger as the sale last two more days. I don't want to end up spending $500 on tires to put on the steelies if they are not going to fit. Any tire/wheel gurus have any advice if I should put those Toyota Steelies on the Tacoma and stick the 14" alloys in the garage for another day? If I could find 215/70/R14 Michelins to put on rear, I'd just do that and be done with it. But if these Toyota factory rims will fit and take the Michelin LTX 215/75R15's without issue, I'm IN! It's getting nuts trying to find 14" tires anymore, particularly Michelins. Thanks folks!

There is something different about the center hub hole and I can't remember which way it goes.
