    This place constantly has police exchanges for ridiculous prices. Picked up some 40 ammo for $10 a box, police buyback. Maybe two or three months older but I can’t tell the difference.

    Some people are real gun nuts and aren’t happy unless their ammo was loaded recently and in favorable conditions. Watching the weather for the factory to make sure they get a box loaded and packed on a low humidity day with small temperature fluctuations. Either that or they are a fan of hand loads done in their bunkers.

    I love the idea of reloading my own but I can’t justify the supplies when I don’t shoot that much. I usually buy a box or two when I go to cabelas or academy.

    Light rail means not Gen 1, finger grooves means not Gen 2 and small mag release means not Gen 4, along with the lack of Gen markings on slide

    It is handy that they mark the Gen on 4s and 5s lol
