    That's a big project.

I know you are glad to have it done.

Looking forward to seeing it with the new tires, too.

Great looking sidewall design on those tires.

That is a great resource to use to plot out trips.

Gorgeous country you drove through in your Tacoma.

    I really like 'em, too.

Cool look and easy to manipulate.

    Super looking Tacoma.

    Personalized in a great way.

Heck....I'd move just for the coastal seafood......then again....same thing could be said about Monterey.

To be fair the highway goes from 3 lanes to 2 right there. It’s not completely the retarded tourist drivers fault.

You're in a beautiful area. My wife lived in Palm Harbor before we got married and I spent a good bit of time with her there.

Man O man, the good Ole days! The younger generation has absolutely no idea how good life used to be and what they missed.
Pickle barrels at the grocery store and when penny candy was really a penny. Being 15 and walking down the street with a shotgun slung over your shoulder on on your way to your favorite pheasant cover when nobody would even give you a second look. Running a trapline, my 62 Chevy stepside and engines you could actually work on. Going to a Spfld Indians game at the Collasiem on a Saturday night with my Dad. Drive-in's with car hops. Drive-in movies. I could go on forever. A much less complicated time in the world when you got out of life what you actually earned. When the needy were really needy and a handshake was as good as a signed contract. The Pledge of Allegiance, "standing AND singing" the National Anthem.
I'm so very fortunate to have experienced those times and feel so bad for those that were not able to. The younger generation have absolutely no idea what they've missed.
They say that history repeats itself...., let's hope so!

I started a Diamondback modification thread to share ideas with others. Please post there if you find anything that works. Thanks!

Sounds good. Will do. However, I’m trying to get something that I won’t have to make any modifications. I don’t really feel like spending $2k and then drilling into it to make a bed rack work. That’s a lot of money

Couldn't agree more. Things are too complicated and I would hate to be young these days. Back in the day times were simple and life was good.

Harbour Freight is a great place to get that one tool that will get a job done for small money and that you may never use again.
If you need to mount things in you bed or cab check out their rivet nut tool. Stupid cheap!

Put some gas in it and hopped online to look for wheels and tires. Decided on 16x8 Pro Comp 7031s with 4.5” BS (the wife’s pick surprisingly. She explicitly stated she likes the faux bead lock look) and 265/70R16 Toyo A/T IIs. All the research says looks good with no rub.

Yup squadron sports. I’m glad I didn’t do the pros, they would’ve been overwhelming for road use

I feel naughty when I use my sports on the road. I do have them aimed down just to cover the 15-20 feet in front of the truck. Even with the adjustment those lights are badazz bright. Thankfully I did go with amber. Clear must be super blinding.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Best looking wheel I've seen here so far, imho. Were those TRD center caps an option, or did you do the graphics? How's the road noise with those tires?

    Looks great!
