Lol, this is in fact who I am! Thanks for the compliment, guessing you were over at Coreys and saw it in there? (I dropped it off at his place while I was out of the country for a cpl weeks) I was supposed to pick it up Monday but got tied up, hopefully heading up Friday to grab it!

 

Yeah Corey is a good friend of mine. He helps me out a lot and lets me use his tools He was slaving away at it last time I was there. Nice meet ya. I'm Ray.

 

Right on, he is a super good dude for sure! Good to hear he was making some progress lol, picking it up tomorrow afternoon!!

 

Ran Barbour Forks today with some jeeps did a trail clean up. Pinched a hole in the line of my remote resi on the right rear shock. Ran the whole trail any way. Fun time!

 

Does Front Range 4x4 club/group still adopt that trail? I haven't been a part of that group in many years.

Stopped by Tip Top Mine remnants.


You can see steel cables hanging from the rafters. The silver pipe sticking out of the ground was an air vent that is filled in. The shaft itself was filled in.



A little down hill is the caved in section of the mine.


Chris checkin' it out. He said it was about 20 degrees cooler in the hole.

Ran Hagerman Pass today. Absolutely amazing views up there.

 

I like running the Rim. One of my favorite scenic trails....

crazy how many non-crawler rigs are running the pickle... seems gnarly as fuck, but it's letting some smaller rigs through more and more

 

Awesome, way to go. Just shows that a good driver can get a not as built rig through some gnarly shit.

 

Is this something you built? Don’t think I have seen a rear skid/slider before, looks very effective.

Got out for a quick solo hot lap this afternoon, Red Cone>Radical>Middle Swan, 6.5 hours door to door in Arvada. Got some nasty hail at the top of Radical, and for the first time, didn’t see any goats at the top of either

Best for last, on the way out of Middle Swan, just below the SOB turn, came upon this guy. WTF? Surprised he got this far, trail below is not hard, but plenty of water bars and big rocks in the trail, this thing must have been trashed. Beyond all the damage, the coup de gras was he was high sided bad on a big ass rock on the passenger front side.
