Is this anyone on here (pic below, not the one of my daughter playing golf at Eagle Crest)?

Anyone planning on hitting the beach for some razor clams this week, namely Thurs-Saturday mornings during the big minus tides?

I'm looking at hitting Clatsop Beach (Fort Stevens SP) Friday morning if anyone wants to make a small convoy?

I’m moving to cannon beach in a couple months... is fort Stevens the closest for razor digging? There ain’t shite left in CB, that’s for sure. But I’d drive 25 miles to get me some razors.

Clatsop beach isn't the closest, but it is usually the best as well as it is where the commercial clammers go as it is the most stable beach on the Oregon coast for razors.
In fact the beach is closed to recreational clamming starting on the 15th giving them whats left after 3-4 good days of minus tides prior for us to get our limits.

Yeah, I stop at Bell Buoy in Seaside for fresh razors and it’s amazing how much shorter the catch window is getting.

I know it's an old post, but that's my home town!

    Beautiful country there.

Baker City is a great area. The Blues offer a ton of adventure. We watched the eclipse last year from atop Vinegar Hill (not Blues but also a great spot in the area).

Hopefully you’ve been able to enjoy them since moving.

Cool! I stayed here with a few other TW peeps a couple of summers ago while on vacation from Guam. Beautiful place it is.
