Got permission from the boss to lift my truck!!! Took me 7 hours to do but worth all the muscle aches and pain. Thanks to @HeadStrong Off-Road for the Bilstein 5100s with OME 884 and 1.5 inch blocks. Went with blocks for my needs and ease of install. I figure if I wanted to upgrade to leaf springs or an AAL later the blocks didn’t break the bank. No UCAs for now. Alignment met all specs. Much better than stock!!!!

But.....I have a slight vibe on acceleration and deceleration around 20mph. Should I be concerned??? I bought a carrier bearing drop kit just incase but haven’t installed it yet. Was thinking on installing it and see if it helps

Installed the carrier bearing drop kit. Still feel a vibe at 20mph. Thoughts anyone?

I do not have your setup but when I did my lift I had vibrations around 15-30 mph. It turned out to be my drive line angles and I added 3 degree shims to the rear leafs.

On my 2018 stock leafs when I pulled them off there was a small probably .5-1 degree shim on the bottom of the pack and I really didn't think much of it. I installed the OME Dakar leaf pack for a 2 inch lift with the carrier bearing drop and I had vibrations at and around 20-25 mph. I did some searching and found that people had good luck with a 3 degree shim with OME leafs. I installed them (total pain in the behind) and my vibrations are gone. I am just taking a wild guess as I am not very well versed with the 1.5 inch block but this is probably whats going on. You could try searching for others with your setup and find if any are using shims or try contacting Headstrong back for a recommendation. There is a few threads about how to measure your rear drive line angles to make sure they are within a "non vibrating" spec. Hope that helps!

Kept it. Left it on when I put the shims in and since there was no vibration I just decided to leave it as is.
