entune update fail

just did the update for my entune radio without nav or apps. Got done with the update and it said to turn off and turn back on. So I did that and now it’s stuck on the Toyota startup logo. Held the power button and it resets but goes right back to the Toyota logo. Any ideas? Or wait till Monday and call the dealer?
