doesn't look strong enough for off road use.

if its just 'overlanding' where most of it is just dirt roads maybe but once you get into rock crawling and what not that is not going to hold up.

For anyone interested in bed racks in Ontario, I'm new to the forum here, but have been building bed racks for a couple years now.

Could look into affordable shipping options, but for now, I've kept it local and meet up with people in Ontario.
I have racks on trucks in Ottawa, North Bay, Niagara, etc.

My personal rack has seen a lot of offroad use and is solid.

The link below includes all the info. Thanks!

Probably best to contact them. They said they had a CAD file ready to laser cut and bend one when ever. They also mention they could change the height.

Hey when you bought your cross bars did you get them delivered to Canada? Who was the freight forwarder and what did you end up paying for duties, fee, etc beyond what you were charge by KB voodoo

I had the whole rack and it was delivered to my uncle's in New Jersey. When I went down to visit I mounted it and drove across the border not mentioning it.

I just stumbled across this sub-forum. I had a set made by a fellow Tacomaworld member from PA. Then purchase 2x Yakima bike racks to mount on top.

@pcledrew I know this is a late post but did you find what you were after? I got my rack from twinpeaks.co out of Alberta, great setup and prices, no cross boarder shipping made it the way to go.
