Had to take wife’s Highlander in for service this morning, so while waiting took a look around the lot. Got to see a Pro for the first time. It’s already sold. That cavalry blue color is cool, don’t you think? The Off Road was waiting for some kind of repair, but thought it was kind of interesting, though I’m not sure what I’m looking at there in terms of modifications. Continuing my little tour, I asked a finance guy there about how to transfer a title, and bugged the parts guy about how he did a lift on his Taco. Bought a bed mat from him for my new TRD OR. A productive hour spent...I think.

One of our local dealerships has two, been there since I bought my 18 DCLB Sport. Nice truck, great reviews but just not for me. I think its more of a West coast thing I think because we don't see many Pros here on the East Coast.

I just saw one of the Cavalry blue Pros in person yesterday. Prior to that, I was not a fan of blue. But damn it looks good to me

I hope they make cavalry blue available across the whole line. Next years VooDoo blue is just plain ugly.

Cavalry Blue, Calvary Blue, I call it Camry Blue
I do like the color. When I first saw the 2014 FJ TT, I thought it looked good. I thought the Calvary part had something to do with ships, Calvary of ships, or Calvary of horses would be the same difference.

I like brown, gold, or champagne colors on vehicles. Id probably like QS as the current color of choice, but would go with Cement if I was to purchase a 3rd gen off the lot

Not if I was superstitious. I'd rather they call it Deja vu blue.

It's a cool color, but 5 years from now? Remember when yellow was the trend on trucks and SUVs or metallic orange...

I pass by a pro in that color almost every morning on the way to work.

The tiny dealer up here had one--I think that's where he got it since it's not there anymore. I was surprised they were allocated one. They have got to be about the smallest Toyota dealer in the country, they still hand write all of their service paperwork.

    This.

If Calvary Blue is offered in the lower trims like OR or SR5 i may have to pick up a new Tacoma a year earlier than expected

I think if cavalry and blazing blue were available and driven around in equal numbers i'd still prefer my BBP. The exclusivity of the Cavalry is what gives it that extra charm.

But then again I actually like the chrome on my truck so I apparently am in the minority in taste.
