Was going to suggest a spindle lift of better clearance on larger tires buts it's 2wd specific.

    :sorry:

Your welcome, but everyone else here is trying to help you. Some of us have been around the site for awhile and see the pgression posts by a new member. Majority of the time, the ones who install blocks and spacers come back and ask why their truck rides like crap now.

We are trying to spare you from the potential of being disappointed in your purchase. You may like the way your truck rides after blocks and spacers, we are just telling you what other have done and been dissapointed with.

At least forgo the spacer up front and go with 5100s by Bilstein. They have an adjustable spring perch and when adjusted, adds preload to your stock coil. The settings are: 0, .85in, 1.75in, and 2.5in. the ride will stiffen up, but it's better quality than a hockey puck. Out pack you can spend about 100 bucks on an AAL and keep your stock shocks as long as they aren't blown out and your not flexing the rear suspension.

Find a set of shocks and coils off a 3rd gen Tacoma if you are looking for a short term solution.

It's seen its far share of off road. Maybe its wheel offset, or tire selection?

Idk I followed the recommended wheel parameters.

    16x8 4.5" backspacing Wheeler's steelies on a 285/75/16 load E duratracs.

I do have .75" Bora wheel spacers which might still be the issue. I have the spacers for the sole purpose of not rubbing my shock bodies when flexing off pavement.

Nothing some more cutting can't fix if you really wanted. I'm running tundra wheels with 1.25" spacers so it comes out to like 3.6" BS. Running 295s and don't rub at all off road, but it took some work. My cab mount is just a small little box now and I even had to hammer the firewall back.

    I'm running 17x8 Countersteer type X's with 4.1" backspacing.
