Don’t see how they can do that.
Then they won’t be able to give me the bigger jobs that I do.
Like I said, it’s only on the week on the sat I work.

Morning friends. Well, I'm a bachelor for a few days. Wife is going to Mother's (Ms. B Axe is her name) and taking the kid. It'll be just me and 'she who does not talk' - picture of her is on the left...

Good morning. Going to turn off the AC finally. At least for today.

    Screenshot_20180726-053807.jpg

I finally gave up trying to stay up :anonymous: Hopefully some reading for later today.

Your an evil man. I like how you think

Oh it has its place. 1200 psi steam plant at 975 deg. Put it in a salt water environment with salt water air. And then wrap everything up in lagging pads to hold the 100% humidty and heat in place. Where you use wrenches that are short and stubby with a big metal head on them that you hit with a sledge hammer to tighten and loosen. Even with anti seize more times than not the loosen part is where they break because they are rusted in place and sound like a gunshot when they let loose.

And the valve stems of ~1,000 valves once every 3 months. Some get missed and they become frozen in place. Then when the plant is "Cold Iron" you get to pull the valve body and rebuild the stem guide. Hell as long as you got it apart might as well lap the valve seat. Please pass the lapping compound I know you got some  I've used Crest toothpaste as a finishing compound before gives a mirror finish. No wonder my teeth have enamel abrasion.

The crest comment lol many moons ago it was also useful for changing crystal frequency using it as a medium on a piece of plate glass to grind them down for the old short wave ham rigs..... Lol Btw Jet Engines with after burner have the same effect on bolts the constant heating to 1100 +/- Deg F to 3000 +/- deg F and cooling cycles at times make bolts require the use of a 6 to 8 foot cheater bar to break them loose. Wish I had known of the hammer wrenches then !
