One of the higher pm’s on a project said I should take a coworker with me for safety in case I get tired on a drive.......

300 mile round trip..... and all I have to do is walk 2-3 miles and take photos once I get to the project site

    Cool. Thanks, guys.

Right now I'm using a shackle for recovery in my hitch but I might have to ditch that in favor of one of these things.

The one I'm looking at: https://www.wilcooffroad.com/shop/hitchgate-solo/

I wonder if I could mount a jerry can holder to the spare tire mount? I don't need to carry the spare tire back there. $623 also seems a bit high on price. It's America... I might as well spend double and get a full rear plate bumper with swing out.

    Always so helpful :luvya:

you can still use your recovery shackle with this. It's tow rated higher than your receiver is.
