Windows Streaking

I’m having a problem with my front driver and passenger window streaking. I have tried cleaning the felt wipers between the window and the door with no success. Is there another wiper inside the door? Any tips on cleaning it?
Also it’s only on the outside of the glass

 

I have noticed the same thing. No idea how to fix it though

 

6k miles and it’s finally starting to not do it. It’s greasy feeling.

 

Rubbing alcohol on a rag. Roll down your window and clean the felt wiper on both sides of the window using the alcohol soaked rag then a dry rag.

 

i wonder if a degreaser would work?

 

Rubbing alcohol. Degreaser will streak it worse.
