    I think it is the entune system rather than the nav specifically. So, yes, it will go away on its own after ten seconds. If there is no work around, then I can live with it, but it irks me. Its a good thing that its a kickass truck in every other way! :D

    Tech support said its a safety feature and can't be disabled. Oh well. If that is the most annoying thing about the truck (besides the transmission drag that I am getting used to) then I'm good, and I have never used a navigation aide in a vehicle.
