Tacos in St. Louis area

Since I left the dealership with my new truck at 9:30 tonight, this is the only photo I can get at the moment. I’ve waited so long to upgrade my Ford, I’m so happy to be joining the Tacoma family!

Did anyone get two tailgate keys or do they usually just give one when you buy it?

I’m thinking my wife needs one in case she has to pick up my son with him drumline equipment.

Otherwise, I’ll just have to keep it in the truck.

Well boys after a 3 year hiatus I’m back in a Tacoma. Selling my ‘13 was a dumb move and one that I won’t make again! Here’s my no so long to be stock ‘18 DCOR in cement.

 

That’s a great looking truck!

 

I’m really digging the color. I had seen it online but never in person and took a chance and they got it from a dealer in Iowa . Super happy.

 

I was so close to getting the cement gray. I finally decided on the Magnetic gray. It was a hard choice. I’ll post the first photos as soon as they’re edited.

 

Officially listed my Bed Rack for sale. $400 pick up in Lake St Louis, MO. It's a custom made rack with pre-wired lights at the sides and rear as well as a small brake light on the back which can be removed easily if unwanted. I added it because I was carrying my tire on top of the rack so it blocked my third brake light. The rack is about 2/3 cab height and the previous owner/builder carried a RTT on it. It has 2 sets of quick fists and a set up for carrying recovery treds. Tie down points are at every angle and the whole thing is line-xed.

I got a few photos this morning. I need to practice my truck photography. I used my fisheye lens for the hood scoop and it looks like my truck is smiling at me.

 

Photoshop some cars movie eyes onto the windshield.

 

@G.T. Hahaha. Maybe we can do some camping again! I see that you guys do mod days. I’m down to come and hang out and help where I can.

 

Yeah, I’ve got a nice hobby shop behind the house that we try to get together at least once a month and help each other with projects. Would be great seeing you again and the boys can play together.

 

Sounds great to me! My younger son is now 5 so he’s all in the mix now too.
