So I went to put my existing hitch from previous tow vehicle into Tacoma receiver. The holes on the outer and inner parts of receiver are offset about 3/16”. My pin won’t push through. Am I missing something ??? Not sure how to post a pic yet. Had my Tacoma for 4 days. Beyond frustrated.

Looks like the receiver tube was welded in upside down. Take back to dealer and have them install a new receiver.

Beyond frustrated? Relax, it's not a big deal. Take it back and they'll install a new hitch. Sh!t happens and the hitch is an outsource product.
