rite with you buddy.my Grandfather told stories of his father i wish i had listened more.we are from Highland Co.Least populated county in VA.great great grandad caught union calvary scouts stealing horses off the farm.one is still buried on the home place.this is when they were running the Allegeny mtns trying to back door into Shenadoah valley which was the bread basket for R.E.Lee army of northern VA. but Stonewall Jackson ruled the valley till he got killed .i do love history

Just a reg guy here. Raised hunting , fishing, trapping, camping, homing pigeons, running rabbit and coon dogs and it goes on and on. Getting ready to retire, been on the job for 33 years. Been thru a bunch of tacomas and truthfully wish i still had my gen 1 ex cab 4x4 that had the 20r motor in it. That's a little about me anyway.

 

Welcome! I love the old Gen1's but they were more than my Gen2 at the time. Great trucks no matter the year.
33 years is a dang long time. I've been an IT guy for 31 years, but no retirement in my future. The ladies in my life won't allow for it.

 

Nice, I've been thinking about trying to find an early 4R as a project but reality is a Dream killer.

No secret to it. The technology is just as dumb as it was before, the machines are just faster. It's people that have gotten dumber and more dependent on the technology. As long as that stays the same, I have a job for life. Which is good since I need to keep working

I like you already! huntin,fishing,running hounds,same here and just a regular 54 yr old factory worker with 35 yrs on the joboh and i miss spell everything i put on here,i do type with one finger and it has stitches in it rite now.been working on two finger typing but its hard
