Just dropped bootgirl off at work. Headed out to look at a truck or two. Than to pick her back up and go to the concert tonight.

They switch management companies once and office staff like a dozen times. I looked around for an alternate, but everywhere is just about the same.

The Place on Alma school I was pumped for, but it’s a parking disaster. Not paying a premium to get blocked into my own garage, no sir.

Yeah I feel like everything sucks haha. My plan in March will to be to try to find a condo or maybe a house to rent. Seems like a condo would be better as people may actually give a crap about the place. House would be nice but everything is 3 bed pretty much so it would be hard to justify that for just me.

I was by far the happiest in a duplex townhouse by downtown Gilbert. Attached garage three level 2br 2ba. Total bachelor pad. Not the best area, but fine to rent in.

I left because the owner wanted his daughter in law to live in the property during a tough time. My lease was not renewed.

After that I will not rent from a private owner/management company. Not going to pay a babyboomer’s mortgage just because he snatched up a ton of properties for less than a car costs.

Oh and most condos are rentals, so it’ll be pretty much the same as an apartment.

If you find something cool lemme know @Rextinkleton93. Not looking for roommates or anything just a heads up

8” for the front, 14” rears. Rears are actually smooth bodies. Coilovers aren’t allowed in 4600 for vehicles that didn’t come with coilovers

Haha I’m in the same boat, and that’s why I’m okay paying more for rent. Need my personal space haha. But yeah, once it get closer to me moving I’ll let you know where I end up and if it seems better.

If Local Motors or similar made a 4x4 would it be a cheater car for the stock class?
