Was on my way to work and noticed my windshield was super dirty. Pulled the switch to activate the washers and the wipers and no fluid came out (there's plenty in there) but the wipers came on and will not turn off. Turned the switch into all the settings and still the wipers will not turn off, just rubbing on a dry windshield. Got to work, shut the truck off, start the truck and the wipers go on as well.

    Anybody had this issue before?

Not that I have read here. That's unique for sure.
